My mission as a career coach is to listen, guide and help experienced nurses seeking guidance in restoring and nurturing their careers.

I work with nurses in developing innovative behavior changes that allows them in becoming more effective, and empowering them to take control of their careers. My purpose is seek those nurses that have a deep desire to use the skills and knowledge that they have acquired thru the years, combine with their talent to find their true purpose in nursing and to help them build a lasting career that would bring enjoyment and true satisfaction beyond monetary reward.
